Hi, this is JD, I have over 33 years of motorcycle experience.

When I was 15 I had an electric guitar and amp. I use to practice on the front porch. My neighbor Mark had a 125 Yamaha dirt bike. I thought it was the coolest thing. He really liked my guitar and amp and could play it better than I. Well, we traded and there went my music career. My love for bikes has never ended.

I owned a car repair and service shop right out of high school. This helped me to buy my first Harley when I was 19. It was a 1968 XLCH Sportster. Kick only, magneto, no battery. I got it from the original owner and still have it today.

I make my living working on Harleys and other American V twins.

I also have a love for barbecuing.
